Install backtrack 5 in window 7

Hello Friend This Is MB Today I Show U How To Download And Install BackTrack 5 In Window 7

First U Need To Download Backtrack 5 ISO File It's Very Easy To Download

Now Download VirtualBox For Install After Download

1. search google for backtrack 5
2. download from backtrack website dosent matter if u pick gnome or kde both the same to install i prefer backtrack 5 kde looks cooler but in video i downloaded gnome when downloading find out if pc is 32 or 64 bit and download appropriate version my pc is 64 bit most are 32 bithttp://www.backtrack-linux.org/downloads/
3. download virtualbox from http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads
4. install virtualbox
5. press new machine
6. click on linux and select ubuntu 64 bit or ubuntu 32 bit if u have 32 bit pc 
7. choose amount of ram i suggest using 2gb 
8. then create new harddisk and select how big u want it to be
9. then press power on and choose the place where u downloaded backtrack 5 and then thats about it and later if u want to u can install it onto your virtual harddrive 
10. just enter startx when the command line page comes up
